Winslow House is privately owned and managed, we are regulated by ‘Care Quality Commission’ (CQC) we have achieved and maintain a 3* excellence rating (link to report) to read our recent report.

The importance of our resident’s happiness and well-being at Winslow is paramount. Each of our residents is encouraged to exercise choice in their daily lives and to enjoy a full and active lifestyle as possible with the support of all our staff, we strive to achieve the highest possible standards in every aspect of care for our residents and provide a welcoming homely, caring environment. We consider our management team and staff to be one of the key ingredients in the delivery of a quality service. Our ethos is to offer good working conditions and we strongly believe a competent workforce ensures good standards.

Each resident has their own care plan and is reviewed once a month. Other services i.e. Hairdressing, Chiropody, Dental visits, Opticians is arranged to suit our residents.
